Coaching is designed to give you value with each session, and your program can be tailored for both short- and long-term goals. Whether it’s a single, targeted conversation or regular meetings, coaching helps you explore specific challenges, develop your skillsets and work to increase self-awareness and your impact on others.  

What to expect from your coaching program: 

  • We begin with a complimentary 30 minutes intro phone call to discuss your challenges and goals. I will work with you to determine the best approach for your needs.

  • Sessions are flexible but typically last between 30 to 60 minutes. The frequency will depend on your specific challenges and goals, but every two weeks is recommended.

  • I will guide you through each session, and the process is most successful when you bring an open mind and appetite to explore potentially challenging topics. The more energy you invest in your sessions, the greater your return. 

I use both traditional and accelerated coaching methods, which uses an efficient, highly focused approach to get to the heart of the matter quickly. Each conversation is meant to have an immediate impact, and clients leave with valuable insights, new perspectives and a clear action plan. The length of your contract is determined by your goals, and one-time sessions are also available for specific challenges.
