I’m a Certified Leadership Coach with decades of leadership experience in the financial services industry. Throughout my career, I have helped professionals and organizations across various industries operate at the highest possible level. A former VP of Human Resources, I was a member of the executive team for many years and helped create congruence between leaders’ actions and values. I consider myself to be perceptive, supportive and encouraging, I understand cross-functional work and corporate ecosystems. I see how individuals and teams fit into the greater context within an organization and can quickly distill complex information to help reveal the real essence of any challenge. 

I graduated from the Certified Executive Coach program at Royal Roads University and hold a certificate in Management from Simon Fraser University. I am also a certified Core Practitioner of the Coach Accelerator program. I specialize in working with leaders who seek to create high-performing teams throughout their organizations. I have extensive experience with helping clients understand the organizational benefits of high EQ and how to approach difficult situations. As a coach, I support leaders in continuously achieving their goals and responding to the ever changing complexities of their roles.
